Our bundle of original WWII Battle Maps features the following battles: Operation Overlord, the Battle of the Bulge, the Battle of Iwo Jima, and the Attack on Pearl Harbor — each tremendously important military engagements during World War II that demonstrated America's grit, determination, and resiliency to the world.
The Operation Overlord Map shows the landing beaches, the drop zones, the Allied landing plan, and the major inland cities and villages within the area of operations. The Battle of the Bulge Map shows the "bulging" Allied lines, the positions of key commanders and their forces, and the encircled town of Bastogne — with additional details of the siege available above the map's legend. The Battle of Iwo Jima Map shows the landing beaches, the dates and directions of the assault, and other key features of the battle. The Attack on Pearl Harbor Map shows the port and the surrounding geographic area to include Ford Island, Battleship Row, and each of the ships moored at Pearl Harbor on the morning of December 7th, 1941. Each ship is color coordinated to indicate its condition following the attack: "sunk," "damaged," or "undamaged."

Stories from their grandfathers — both former Army officers — about numerous family members who fought in almost every major conflict inspired the brothers to attend The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina and later join the US Army. Thomas, an Airborne and Ranger-qualified Infantry officer, served on active duty from 2016 to 2022, and now serves in the SC Army National Guard, where Franklin has served as a Public Affairs officer since 2016.
